Firestarters is an exclusive online community put together by Nando’s, so we can get you (and other fellow Nando’s lovers) involved in helping us make some of our big decisions. It’s all about you, after all. As a member, we’d love for you to chat with others on a range of topics, as well as get involved in the other activities available on your home page.

To thank you for your participation, the Firestarters team will be running monthly prize draws, along with exclusive spot prize draws. You’ll also earn community ‘badges’ and will be given a ‘member status’ on your profile. Your status will depend on how active you are on the community.

You'll be given regular opportunities to take part in activities which are relevant to you. All activities you are invited to are optional. But just so you know, the more you get involved the more badges you can collect and the higher your ‘member status’ will get.

The information you give us will be used to help Nando’s understand as much as possible about what our customers want. It might also be used to make decisions about specific products and services.
